I am very pleased with my PlasmaCam. While it does not get daily use, it is nevertheless a vital part of my equipment repair business. I've had it for about four years, and it has performed almost flawlessly. Minor issues were easily resolved- I have had to spend zero dollars on it since my initial investment. Tech support is a fabulous resource.

The manual is very comprehensive. I'm a software programmer and I'm impressed with how thorough it is.

Honestly, I have contemplated buying another DHC, it works so good.
