We have a $40,000 machine and we have a horrible time with the software. You get everything looking good on your screen, and then the machine does strange things when you actually cut.

No one else has software that can do what yours does. When I have people over to look at my machine, I always make their names into fonts and cut out signs for them. Compared to all other systems, your manual is really nice. I can always find everything really easily.

I did not think it was going to be as heavy-duty as it is.

It went together real easy. We had the machine together before my electrician could finish setting up my shop. We have a $300k laser machine, and I can make parts for people at about 10% of what it would cost me with my laser.

The machine is a brilliant piece of work

The technical support was excellent, they were really helpful and wanted to help me out.
