We cut out three trains from your 19th Century art disk and they came out really nice. We sold them right away.
My PlasmaCAM DHC has been great for custom work and rapid prototyping. It has really spoiled me. A ten year old could operate that machine. The other types of software I've seen leave a lot to be desired.
We've enjoyed this thing tremendously. It's a great teaching tool. The engineering dept here has utilized the heck out of it.

I did a scene for a fireplace screen with my $50,000 machine. It took over 40 hours just to program it. It also runs out of memory when you try to cut things like that.
We have a bigger machine also, but we do all our artwork on PlasmaCam. When it comes to detailed work, the other machine doesn't even compare.
