I can't tell you how pleased I am with our new Plasmacam! We did have some very minor problems (all our fault) but the Tech Staff quickly walked us through to correct the problem; Keith was wonderful. On my end I now have to figure out how to reduce the amount of dross is left behind after the cut. I am guessing it has to do with the cut speed and amps. The machine was very easy to assemble with great instructions!
