My machine works great as long as I input the cut heights and speeds found in the Hypertherm book. 18 ga steel to 3/8" aluminum have all been cut with great success. Using only a cnc lathe, drill press, Plasma Cam machine and welder, I have developed several models of belt grinder machines that are selling very well. The Plasma Cam machine allows me to beat the prices of the current grinder designs by eliminating costly CNC milling time to manufacture this product. I also sell sub assemblies of this product for the home builder who wishes to make their own knife making belt grinder but cant make all of the parts by themselves.

I have my grinders powder coated in the same colors as my plasma cam machine as a tribute to making it possible.
