I couldn't believe how easy your software was to work with after what we had experienced in the past. We had an $80,000 duct cutting machine that never worked right and kept burning out one of the computers on it. The manufacturer sent out a bunch of techs and tried different torches but they didn't help.

No one else has software that can do what yours does. When I have people over to look at my machine, I always make their names into fonts and cut out signs for them. Compared to all other systems, your manual is really nice. I can always find everything really easily.
